The great news is that there are many ways to have a simple, delicious, and creative breakfast in your day-to-day life. Here is a collection of ideas for a healthier life from the morning on, incorporating our powerful products:

Idea #1: Golden Scrambled Eggs

Place the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the garlic clove until just beginning to show color, add the spinach, and cook for a few minutes (add a few drops of water if the spinach sticks to the frying pan).

Next, beat the eggs with the coconut milk and the Curcumin. Season to taste; remember, our Curcumin has No-Taste, so while you will get a beautiful golden color for your eggs and a terrific health boost besides, feel free to add Salt, Pepper, or whatever other spices/herbs you enjoy in a scramble!

Add the eggs to the frying pan with the spinach and stir continuously until the eggs have the consistency you like. For an even heartier meal, serve this delicious scramble on a slice of sourdough bread. Enjoy!

Idea #2: Quinoa, Peach, and Ginger Oats

Boil the quinoa in plenty of water for 18 minutes (or until the grains begin to burst). Pour the quinoa into a sieve and rinse with cold water. On the other hand, place the oatmeal in a bowl with the Ginger and add 400ml of boiling water. Stir well, as the mixture will become thick. Add 225ml of milk, vanilla, and 3 cans of yogurt. Finally, add the quinoa, cover the bowl, and let it cool down during the night. The next day, add a little more milk if you wish and spread it out. You can add more yogurt after serving it, as well as chopped peaches for extra flavor.
